I was never a bluegrass fan. But before a concert(over 20 yrs ago) in Miami at Coconut Grove's Peacock Park I became a John Hartford fan. I thought at first it was John was the first Grammy winner I had an opportunity to speak to or just that I really liked the song Gentle on my Mind. I vividly remembered Glenn Campbells performance on TV with John playing in the background.
