I started loving John in 1968. I still have my original "Gentle On My Mind" album AND I still play it and I love it more every day. That precious album reminds me of the summer days of the late 60's. It seems like John and I grew up together. I saw John in person for the first time at the 1st Annual Cabin Fever Fest in Kent Ohio on February 27, 1999 -- WOW what an absolute honor to hear him play live. His music will live forever on my albums, my cassettes, my CD's and in my heart. What a great loss for all of us here but heaven is sweeter now that you're home.
