I planted a River Birch tree today for John Hartford in Bellerive Park in South St. Louis which over looks the Mississippi River. It seemed fitting that 5 tow boats were pushing up river as I was planting the tree.
It's too thick to navigate & it's to thin to plow, let him go on mama, don't put him down for it now. My sincere sympathy to his wife and family.
