If you're using a dialup modem, you will probably need to be connected at > 33 kbps to avoid dropouts and "Buffering..." messages. Try closing & reopening your Internet connection...other than that, I can't really help. The stream seemed to have problems yesterday (Sunday). Don't know if it was Live365 or what...it's better now.
