Ah John, Your music kept so many of us going "high up over Kansas City"...I met you over the TV as a child and picked up the banjo, danced to your fiddle as a youth and could've died happy, the first time Nancy left thr house after our daughter was born was to one of your shows...and you were in fine form the last time we heard you October '00.
